440 Express thinking about rebedding rails

Hi Guys

Has anyone undertaken this project on the 440? I've looked in the anchor locker and it doesn't look like the rails bolt through so how are they bolted? Are the nuts encased in the fiberglass? That could make the job easier!

Did you ever do anything about this? I've considered it too. I think that there is a metal plate under the deck, because I have 2 places where they are slightly pulling up, and you can see the outline of a rectangular plate making an imprint on the deck floor. So, that will need to be addressed before rebedding the rail bolts.
