A little off topic but I have to ask...
I was driving on the Belt Parkway to brooklyn and noticed somthing odd! Just east of the Flatbush ave exit is the Mill Basin draw bridge and just east of that is a fixed bridge. The odd thing is that there are new gates and stop lights on the parkway on each side of the fixed bridge just as if it were a draw bridge. What gives???
It's been bothering me all week.
