Access behind headliner?

Fiddlin around on the boat ths past weekend I noticed the walk around hand rail on the foredeck was loose. The bolt attaching it had sheared. Of course that screw is behind the headliner.

What kind of mess would I get into trying to pull back the head liner to fix this? Hate this choice, headliner in good shape versus broken hand rail.
