Acid Wash down underneath while on trailer

I'm getting ahead of myself as its January in Midwest, but is there an effective way to acid wash the very bottom of the boat while trailered? I can get the water line and further down but on the 25' Sea Ray I have not found a way to reach underneath and scrub? Thanks.
