Any anchorge slips for sale?

NEver have enough... I was told they want 80 grand for a 15 ' slip... WTF

Im still trying to find a slip big wnough for me to sit comfortably.... Mine are all to narrow..

Walt can we move the poles OUT ??? NEver mind ... that would be the pole my neighbor shares.

Rob, time to buy a house on the water, you can keep it alongside and not have to worry about how wide the slip is :)

People have moved the poles, you have two slips next too each other so that is a possibilty. I know someone who just paid 65k for a 16'slip, private sale and was considered a steal. the 15' plus slips are hard to come by.

I can't believe that there is waterfront property in NY on the sound four under 600k!!! I can't touch property like that here in Northern NJ for 3 times that cost!!! That is awesome!
 
That house is on the South Shore, not the LI Sound.
 
Yup......... and the South Shore has more amenities too.
