best for hand waxing, micro fiber cloths or terri

what is best to wax (remove the wax) the boat, micro fiber cloths or terri cloths. Except for size is there anything wrong with the cheap ones from the dollar store. They seems to be made from the same combo of 80% polyester and 20% polyamide. Although some cloths are 70/30.
 
I find it much easier to intially take the wax off with terry cloth and then follow up with the micro fiber to finish it off.
 
I agree with PJS. Micro fiber cloths do not work well for removing wax.
They just wipe right over the haze and nothing comes off.
I use terry cloth then a cheap cloth diaper type rag.
 
I love micro fiber for removing wax. Just be sure you get the fleecey ones.
 
Capt Bill1 - I thought all all micro fiber clothes felt the same and were fleecey?
