What can be used to clean the areas. I have tried differnt cleaners with no luck. Worse than spiders.

Especially after they've eaten over at Famous Daves!
Try Mr Clean Magic Eraser... (and rewax the area afterward to maintain protection)

I put a drop of Soft'n Scrub with Bleach on bad bird stains and let it sit for 10 minutes and then hose it off. If it's in an area that you wax, you need to put a little Flagship or other easy to use "wax" on the area. It takes very little work and produces great results. Make sure you rinse well and don't track bleach onto carpets or down below.
