Cold enough to freeze the balls off a pool table here in VT.

It is 1/10 (0.1) degrees right now - wind chill is -26.
 
We're freezing here too in Key Largo Florida.
Was 60 this morning and windy. Too windy to have lunch at an outdoor restaurant today. Was 50 several mornings last week. The water was 50 last week. Today it's 56. The manatees are gathering around power plants due to their discharging warm water and they are starting to find cold stunned turtles. With that cold water the fishing isn't very good. At least we're not shoveling snow.
 
I think I'll see if my bride wants to spend the night on the boat. Maybe she'll agree if I put an extra heater on board.
 
A bit different here 93 today 104 tomorrow a few 109 days last week and maybe at the end of this week as well
