Buck Algonquin strainers ????

Does anyone use these strainers ? Are they worth the $$$ ?

I did my short haul today...... my South Bay strainers were fouled and clogged. So I decided to change all 3 with the B/A slide out screen units.

All painted....zinced.....waxed.....and gettin wet in the morning !!!

i have them, and find them better than the standard sb strainers. i like the removeable screen so i can actually check the intake.
i was supposed top launch saturday, but some moron moved some stantions (put there by the yard to restrict parking) and squeezed his big suv within an arms distance of my hull. yard guy was nice, came back on sunday at 10 and 12 to try, but moron was still out. we were debating where we thought the lift points were on the truck . have to wait till next weekend because of my schedule.
