I am considering storing my boat (27'Chaparral) at this rack storage only marina. Both winter & summer. Avoids shrinkwrap for winter with indoor storage. It's on the Delaware Bay. Slips are hard to find in Delaware. I am on a waiting list in Lewes and Indian River but unknown if I will get one in 2022. I suspect my boating will be in and around the Delaware Bay rather than the ocean. Not a fisherman but may take my grandson fishing from time to time.
