How much work do you want to do? I use to use toon-brite to give them a good cleaning, then I used Mag Wheel polisher from the auto store, they always came up shining. The toon-brite cleaned them but left them with a white haze to them, the mag wheel polish and a buffer and time made them shine. I came to the feeling that just cleaning them was enough. I spent 2 days polishing them, just to get them dirty again. Some people have recommended Shark-Hide after the polish step. It is supposed to keep them shiny.
