I'd like to buy something between a mop and brush I can use on the end of a stick. To clean both car and boat. Brush on boat is OK but horrible on car.

Also, for trailer (really car but its boaterEd, lol) tires, what do detailers use for that wet black shine?

Thanks

There are a lot of brushes with softer bristles but don't forget stiffer bristles for anti-skid and areas that need the scrubbing.

was looking online and found what I used to have....

I owned this throw-back product and actually loved it / used it until it came apart, lol

I'm NOT a professional but I like 303 Protectant for ALL rubber products, Tires, window sealing items etc. It's NOT like the shiny stuff but it keeps the UV rays from making the rubber hard.

Black Magic Tire Wet is similar to what car washes use. It's the consistency of baby oil. I little messy but it gives you that wet look if that's what you are going for.

I got a telescopic pole and two brushes, soft and stiff and a mop head that's like strips of artificial shammie. I use that to soak up most of the water on the decks.

I use this for my suv. http://www.walmart.com/ip/Microtex-Microfiber-Mop-Dip-and-Wash-Pole/16645499
