Cleaning polishing?

Hello All
My boat is coming out of the water in 2 weeks for about a month in 2 weeks . I live in the Pacific N West, my question is can I clean and polish the hull in cool to cold weather outside, or would I be wasting my time and energy.

every product I've used requires minimum 50 drgrees.

Thanks for the reply, I will have to do the bottom half when it is in the water and the weather is warmer .
