It looks like the Delta Coves community out on Bethel Island may finally be showing signs of life again. I joined the "Interest" list.

Last I was there a lot of the docks had mysteriously "drifted away". What's it like these days...any activity?

Just got an email from the company building the Delta Coves community, that they will officially start selling homes in spring of 2019. Am curious as to if this actually takes off, it will have a positive impact on the overall Bethel Island real estate.
