I have a temp gauge and a sync gauge that has to be repaired. Has anyone dealt with the Faria and the lifetime warranty?

I'd probably be less headache to just purchase and replace them...I did with the water temperature gauge. I think I found one for $21.95...

Faria is great with their warranty. Just send it to them, if they cannot repair the gauge, they'll replace it for $15.

Paying for a repair/replace when something has a lifetime warranty is a pet peeve of mine.

That said they have been VERY good replacing the tach combo gauge on my boat no less than 4 times. So far the last set seem to be working. And with the exception of shipping to return the bad units back to them I haven't had any other out of pocket expense.

$15 is way better than footing the bill for a new one like most other gauge manufacturers

Me too !!!!!!

Although I do admit it would of been easier and less exspensive to just buy a new one.

I have returned quite a few over the years. They have always been very easy to deal with.

I do not like Faria gauges. However I do like the service. I did not have the original documents to my Regal. I had a volt meter go bad. I gave them the HID when I sent the gauge in and in a week I had a new gauge.

My Marina mechanic just informed me the Faria tach for my 2005 Regal 2665 is bad. He could not find a replacement. It seems I can send this back to Faria for repair or possibly replacement - since i don't have my paperwork on hand I don't know if I have a lifetime warranty or not - some folks here mentioned something about a lifetime warranty - does anyone know offhand the specifics for a 2005 Regal 2665?
Any suggestions - thank you in advance. Nice to know we have a forum again as I just found it.
