The transom door on the Harley was 14-inches thick and when open took up half the dive platform so we decided to cut it down to 2-inches thick and made a new outer "skin" for it out of fibreglass.
Now we need the right filler to make it as smooth as possible - since it will be a vertical surface and probably have the boat name on it - it needs to look good.
What can I use (plse keep it simple - I dont have the experience to mix my own).
