I have a 28ft. boat with two 7/8" x 20' pendants attached to the bow cleats on port and starboard sides. Both lines have chafe protection but are scratching the heck out of the blue hull on topside of bow where pendant lies when its moored. Does anyone have any suggestion as to what I can use to somehow "cushion" the line to minimize the scratching and marking on the bow. I welcome any/all suggestions. Thank you in advance.
