Jetski Repair

I would like to know if there is anyway to repair the underside of a jetski if the outermost shell has cracked away in a few spots. The fiberglass body is in great shape, but the white, smooth outer surface is chipped in a few places. Can this be repaired, and what is the cost?

I would appreciate any help with this you may be able to provide.
