LI Sound Trip

Sun is out in force in Block Island Hogan. It's one of those days were there are clouds circling the island but we have clear skies overhead.

That is disgusting! Don't they have a pump out boat there why dump in such a populated area none the less.
 
Yes, there a pump-out boat that comes around a couple of times a day. There is no excuse for dumping overboard there. Those people are just lazy, inconsiderate, disgusting a-holes.
