Loose Throttle Controls

Had our new boat out yesterday. 86 Regal Sebring 195 XL Cuddy. Throttle controls work fine but the whole unit is loose. It wiggles and needs to be tightened. Before I pull anything apart was looking to see how the unit tightens. Has v6 Mercruiser. Thanks for any help.

The throttle or the base? What brand of control?

I guess it would be the base since the whole thing moves. It says quicksilver on it. Thanks for the help.

There should be 4 screws behind the name plate on the base...
