I need help between two cabin cruisers. Here are the pros/cons of both
Boat #1
1996 Four Winns Vista 238
5.7L V8 Volvo
180 hours
full galley
four winns trailer
boat is very very clean and in excellent condition
Asking price $19,000. Going to offer $17000
Can bring boat out (because its small enough) and clean/winterize in my driveway saving alot of $$$
Plus gas tank is 50 gallon and boatwell will be cheaper

NO trailer
boat is very very clean, new canvas, new bottom paint
Asking price $16,900 but seller will take $15,000
Have to find my own trailer. Gas tank 75 gallon. Cannot bring to my house to winterize and clean (driveway too small!)
It doesnt sound hard, but it is for me. I love four winns design and engineering. However I love the room of the cabin and deck in the Rinker. I hate to get an older boat (rinker) but its in immaculate shape. However, the four winns is also in great shape.
Another thing is they both have the same V8 engines.
Aside from surveys and sea trials which one would you choose to pursue? Both boats would accomplish my wants/needs in a boat. Help??!![?]
