Need help with Mildew

Having problem for 1st time with green podwer mildew in my boat. Have tried wiping it down with non chlorine mold and mildew cleaner, tried spray nine. better but keeps coming back. Even gets on my screw driver handles in my zipped up toolbag. Planning to remove everything in the boat during layup, then treat everything I take out and the entire inside surfaces of the boat, I would like to use chloring bleach dilutedm but afraid it would pull the color out of things like my head liner and seat cushions.

Any recommendations ?

Jay,
Things I do: run a fan 24/7 to keeep the air circulating in the cabin and use "damp-rid" You may also want to try a marine-rated dehumidifier.
I think the only way to keep it from coming back is to address the humidity / moisture in your cabin.
