Carpeted deck on a 21 Cuddy. I want to remove the carpet, sand the deck smooth, repairing any flaws, etc, etc... and finishing with non-skid paint. Strictly for ease of cleanup.
My carpet covers the deck, as well as the sides up to the gunnels. I dont want to remove all the carpet, but can not figure how to make a smooth transition from the deck to the sides?
Thinking of moulding? Teak strips, aluminum trim, stainless trim?? I just cant visualize how that would look, and I dont want to get her started w/o a definite game plan.
