I have to rearrange some of my electronics to make room for my laptop mount in the bridge. What's the best way to properly fill/obscure the screw holes that are now left exposed where some electronics once were? These 3 holes are about 3/16" dia. I'd like the fiberglass dash to look original, if possible.

fill holes with a putty made from resin and milled fibers, then grind the holes so the edges are tapered and fill with matching gelcoat. wet sand, compound and buff. matching the original gelcoat will be difficult. try it, if it comes out bad, then cover it with something decoroative.
Ok Steve, Bruce gave you the easy way and blueflew gave the difficult way. If it is just 3 screw holes, using Stainless Steel carriage screws or the snap screws and ordering the plastic covers from ebay for a couple of bucks is the easy, inexpensive way.
In my case, I had to do it blue's way, had a lot to fill, I had to glass in some big areas. just the materials were about 200 bucks. took me several days.
If it was me, for 3 screw holes, there is no way I would re-gelcoat the dash.

Yeh I think I would buy some plastic plugs. Like the kind you might find in a car dash when you didn't purchase an option that would require a switch in the plugged hole. Home Depot has a large selection of these type plugs. Drill the holes out to the correct size and put the plugs in with a little sealant.
