Ocean outboard was taken over as of last month.
I really hope they invest in new docks ...If so they may have more customers then they know what do with

I heard its a guy from Lindenhurst that owns another Marina ? That's all I know... Just hope good things

Rob, I heard the same rumor, the guys from the anchorage. I have several clients that had considered buying the place and ultimately walked away

Nope... still a mystery.... I'm really hoping for some investment in the marina . New docks , Larger slips ... But its a small place so may not be cost effective.

I heard, it was Vinny that runs the commercial unit at the AYC. Heard this rumble at the end of the season.
 
Walt , is that a good or bad thing for the new place ?

He seems to be a bright person and tries to do the right thing. In the Anchorage, he is better than anyone else previously. I have not had much interaction with him, but his crew I have and they are very good.
 
Well I guess we wait and see. its not a big place but its better protected then where I am. Slips are also small . : (
