I am trying to buy Norcold Refridge parts. Their site refers me to dealers and repair centers. I called a half a dozen of both and none sell parts. Called Norcold and they only sell through dealers and they referred me to the same dealers. Nothing to be sold there.

Anyone here know where to go since it seems Norcold does not sell parts or maybe does not want to sell parts.
 
Did you try Sorgen Refrigeration in Port Clinton, OH. I was able to get some parts for an older Norcold unit for my boat. They happened to have a reclaimed unit like mine in their warehouse and offered the necessary parts for a small fee. They might be able to help you too.

After three hours of internet search, two phone calls to Thetford, three emails to Thetford (who sent me to the internet) and 5 phone calls to their so-called dealers, I get the answer from you.
