"Ken Scheidegger's wife, Elvera Moore Scheidegger passed away last Sunday evening (in her sleep). We just wanted to let you know that private memorial services will be held this weekend by the family.
Elvira was the daughter of John Moore who owned and operated Moore's Riverboat Resaurant for many years in the Delta. Ken Scheidegger is the President of the Discover the Delta Foundation and together Ken and Elvira owned and operated Riverboat Marina.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the DISCOVER THE DELTA FOUNDATION. There will be a special memorial established in Elvera's honor at the Delta Discovery Center once it is built.
