Replacing vinyl

I have a 2000 Sea Ray 280 Bowrider that has stained/ sun faded white vinyl. The vinyl itself is in great shape no tears or scuffs just not very white in places. The Dr. Vinyl guy says he can't dye it because it comes off. What should I do? Does the factory sell new vinyl or does it have to be recovered by an auto/marine auto trim shop? Thanks

Have tried the normal marine vinyl cleaner , starbrite vinyl shampoo etc.

Try Tilex.

I use Mr. Clean Magic Erasers on all my white vinyl.
