Well we went to tobay last weekend ..
The visit lasted aprox 10mins . jsut enough time for me to get tied up.
With an Empty marina I was asked to leave as I was not Resident . When i offered to pay the non resident fee. I was told there isn't one and I need to leave ...
Now I know the guy very well that was asking me to leave .. He remembered me .. I have always taken care of him in the past.
He mentioned that fact ( i was always good to him ) said i know the marina is empty but " They " don't want any non residents!!
So the question is how do we find out if they get any state or federal funding/? I see they have a new pump out ... That's probably a federal grant..... So if thats the case I think by law they cant limit the marina's use. Any lawyers out there and wanna help a boating cause ?
I still can't get over that they tossed me from an empty marina.
