Just curious....what are the transient rates around the country now days?

Depending on season, location, $1.50 to $3.00 per foot per day; power hookup may or may not be included.

Depends on location.
We go from $2 a foot at national park to a high of $6.75 a foot in Sag Harbor plus electric.
Average is around $4 to $5

Around Lake Erie the rates are zero to 2.50 a foot, $1 and $1.50 is the most common. We have an organization called ILYA (Inland Lake Yachting Association) and almost all the clubs belong to it. A lot of the clubs have worked out reciprocal agreements and free overnights are available. AYC, my club, has agreements from 1st night free or 2nd night free, 3 nights free to unlimited nights free. I have never paid extra for water or electric in the Great Lakes. Because we have so many clubs we have far fewer for profit marinas.

Long Island Sound marinas charge around $5.00/ft. Some charge additional for electric.

Anywhere from $1 to $8 a foot a day.... Jus paid $3 a few minutes ago at Nassau's Bay Street mArina. Across th harbor atlantis charges $5 for most slips but if you Enjoyed being stared at by thousands of cattle heads every hour, you get to pay $7 to be near the stucco palace entrance.

Long Island sound, newport, cape cod are mostly around $5

The carolinas and Georgia can be a low as $1.5

Miami around $3

Easy way to know is to look thru active captain

Asking what transient rates are is like asking what are hotel rooms going for these days.
all depends on two things, location and amenities. And the rates can vary vastly.

Last week I paid a $1.50 per foot in Kingston I have reservations in August that range from $4.5 - 6 plus power fees. I can't wait for my vacation but I don't want to rush the season away!

I just paid about $1.75 for a month at Hawk's Cay. MM 62 in the Florida keys.

Was that $1.75 per foot per day for the month or $1.75 per foot for the month?
