I have to replace the transom wood in my '84 SR225EC. A failed gimbal seal has made a mess of things.
I need any good links to info/projects etc. to build knowledge and game plan.
I could use all the information available in order to do this myself as I cannot afford to replace the boat or fund professional repairs.
Engine/gimbal assembly is out. Have started chipping away at the immediate damage area.
