Trouble Shooting a Problem A Gauge is only one part of a system that includes wiring, and in most cases, also a Sender or Signal Source. Before replacing the Gauge, check to make sure 12 Volts and Ground are properly connected. Then, refer to the appropriate Troubleshooting Procedure below, and follow it.
