Very windy today. Like blowing 30kts.
I was down at end of dock with dog.
Saw a brand new 45 going out.
All of a sudden you hear the rope get caught in his prop.
I think he left them on pole and wind blew it off.
I was yelling cut the rope.
He was okay. Wind as holding him off and making rope taught.
When they finally cut it he seems to turn wheel and back swings in. Crunch goes two anchors.
He anchored out and had sea tow tow him in to get rope off prop
