I've managed to get a large hole in one of my vinyl seats, which is too large to repair.
The boat is 6 years old and all the vinyl is in very good shape since the boat has always been garage kept.
The seat that is damaged has three bands of different color vinyl stitched together.
Should I have all the vinyl on the one seat replaced or should I just have the one section replaced? Will restitching the existing good sections to the new section give good results or will restitching give bad results in a few years?
