Brought a friends boat over from east port today. Was a snotty ride. We decieded to have lunch in watch Hill.
What we found was good and bad.
D dock was totally over hauled . New trex type decking and new electric and water stantions .
Gold COast was under renovation with new trex and stantions going in. IT was less then half done.
I dont see them doing anything else. No bulk head work was done at all . NONE.....
Looks like they screwed the heck out of the existing bulk head on A dock But DID not replace rotted boards. But did back fill all the washed out sand. I guess they want more sand in the slips ....
I was disappointed at the pace to say the least . But what was done looked great .
If they plan on doing the entire marina there not nearly enough time . No work was done on the resturant but u could see plans laid out on a table. Looks like the cieling collapsed. But could have been like that last year.
SO thats the deal....
We were going to go to sailors but the wind was just to much .... was a long day ...
