I've used the 3M HI-GLOSS GELCOAT COMPOUND with great success but ca't find it in a quart size from Boatfix. There is another 3M compound - SUPER DUTY COMPOUND Part# 05954 that I was considering. Is this the same stuff?

I have a pretty heavily oxidized blue gelcoat I'm trying to bring back. Anything else that cuts well?
