Winter Gasoline got on white gelcoat

Due to the hot weather before I got the shrink wrap off gasoline in the tank overflowed and left an orange colored stain on the gelcoat. How can I get the stain off?

Try a cleaner wax or compound polish.

My boat detailer used Bon Ami for a similar problem on my boat. It did not remove the wax or require rebuffing. I was amazed!!!
