2016 4.5 Liter 250hp Mercruiser IO Spark Plugs

I'm planning to replace my spark plugs in my 2016 mercruiser 4.5 liter 250 horsepower IO this fall. I checked a couple of websites and I'm getting conflicting part numbers for the correct plugs. I'm not sure if I should be buying the NGK BPR5EFS-13 or the NGK TR55IX 7164. Can someone please recommend the correct plug along with the correct Gap.
