I have a 2000 190SD. The A/C unit has a metal grille which, in my case, nver seems to stay in place. Is there an easy way to have this metal grille fixed in place? In anything but smooth waters, the grille comes flying out. I'd like to have it taken care of now that the boat is out for winterizing. Thanks.

I also had the same problem with my grill under the forward berth. What I ended up doing was.....hold the grill in place....and installed 2 small s/s screws into the metal frame on both sides.....the grill now stays in place and it looks fine too.
When you need to change the filter......just back out the screws and remove the grill.
