A new season has begun

Yikes, sounds like Haverstraw is falling apart...

Only two floaties! In fact they are bulding the marina more than ever. The peninsula is going to be amazing! New huge gas dock, new pumps! New pool! Love this Marina :-)

Mike I have heard things aren't progressing as fast as many would like at PBM while I'm sure they are doing their best and have accomplished a lot they still have a ways to go! I would hardly say HM is falling apart in fact these are issue that were so minor that no one even noticed until we launched. I would just like to see this fixed before the dock fills and it will be hard to address. I have seen a lots of boaters from several local marinas doing the dock walk looking for a new slip yes people are starting to become impatient and looking for options as to where to go for a dock with power and water.
I'm looking forward to all the marinas being fully repaired and back in business I feel for the owners and boaters this has been a tough year and I would like the affects of Sandy to just be a bad memory but we are just not there yet!

They also have a new beach!

Right, going to have. But you know what is the most important! Responsiveness, customer service. Really i have yet to be disappointed i that regards weather it was last minute boat repair, when i bought the boat and launched the boat for the first time (i wasn't even a member than). And at the same time its great you feel the same about your marina :-)

I'm happy to report Croton Yacht Club has had water to all docks and electric to B & C row for two weeks.
Electric to C-Row took some damage and will be connected on Saturday, unless I have to go to the ceremony for the communion we have.
Sincerely, Utilities Chairman

I was on the peninsula...or as far as I could get... the day after Sandy. It was horrible. Very nice job rebuilding it!!

Audrey thinks it would make a great place for a wedding following by a celebration in the restaurant. For a small wedding it might be nice!

I thought you two were already married...

It will be 25 years thought maybe we would do it again. I'm hoping for a second honeymoon:)

Starry Night arrived to her new home. Welcome to the entire family. Glad to have you on our dock.

Time to go checkout Bowline! Bob will you lead the way?

Thanks gentlemen for the warm welcome and the help arriving to our new home! We are already loving it!

Dave,
I have to wait for the tide...................KNOT!

Just returned from Bowline on dinks with Dave and Élan. Went at dead low with poles poking around through entranceway. The good news is it looks to be all clear. I want to be perfectly clear, I MAKE NO GUARANTEES? you enter a your own risk. Interesting, even at dead low the rock wall is not visible. It's about two feet under water. We dragged the bouey to the end as it had moved but with that wall underwater at low tide, we are going to have more boats then ever hanging up on it. Going to search around for some old fenders we can tie to cinder blocks. Ready for Memorial Day floatilla !!!
