Adding a ladder to my cruiser.

I would like to add a ladder to the front of my Four Winns Vista 245 to make it easier to go ashore from the front when we are beached. Has anyone done this any suggestions?
 
Do you mean a ladder? If so I know someone who has an extra one (a three-step) after he replaced it with a four-step one on his cruiser.

Actually, I missed the part of going to the beach from the bow, the ladder I mentioned is a swim platform ladder...

Good luck in your search, I'm still resisting putting a bow ladder on my boat, although it seems to be pretty common here up north (I hardly ever saw one in FL). The metal accordion-type ones are soooooo ugly! [:-bigeyes2] I couldn't bear the sight of putting that on my bow! Rather stay on the boat :D.
