Ok - Whats the scoop with this stuff. Its suppose to be a clear coat for aluminum that does crack, peel or go yellow.

Has anyone used it before and if so did you get the results you expected and would you recommend it.

Has anyone used it in a long term tropical salt water environment, and did the product stand up to those conditions.

I don't want to get 8oz for $30.00 and find out the stuff doesn't work.

You do know it's not an anti-foulant coating, don't you ?

um - yeah I know that..it's aluminum polish/coating.

I don't have the luxury of washing down with fresh water after every outing so I want to know it's tolerance to salty conditions and excessive tropical heat.
