another bad accident

I did not know there was enough water in Folsom lake to do 100mph. Or maybe that was the cause?

It was very low, but recent rains have filled it up a bit
Not sure how full it is now, but the fact that they could launch means there must be a good bit in there now

Hit the water at that speed , I have to believe the only good a life jacket does is save time recovering the bodies.

So you do not surmise they hit a stump or bar?

Nothing in the report to indicate that, but I would not discount that possibility. In fact, they said it was in "deep" water.
Winds were high that day and report indicates a good chop. I'm not familiar with that boat, so not sure how it handles chop.
Maybe we will hear more.

a skater 32 is a very good catamaran hull to exceed 100 u need big power and brass balls they will easily exceed 150 going into the wind you can blow one over backwards
