Rob, been there many times, JohnC is right on the money about it being tight at the entrance, add wind, strong current, waves crashing, it can be real nerve racking for most guys. With your diesels and your bow thruster you should be ok. Also, if you go while the marina has many boats in it, do yourself a favor and wait off to the side on the outside dock, wave down a dock hand and find out if there is a slip that will accomadate your beam. No since pulling in if there is no slip available for your size. Once you get it in (passed the entrance) it will be tight but should be smooth sailing at that point.
