B III Corrosion

I searched for this topic and did not find an active discussion so here goes. I just bought this boat a few weeks ago and without going into to much detail I was assured it was in tip top shape. I did not get a survey because (I know I know)I was told this boat was under a transferable extended warranty through 2009 (as a newbie I did not know the corrosion warranty was not included). This was a used boat originally sold new by Maine Max and they took it back in trade for a larger Sea Ray 340. Well, it appears the Bravo III corrosion problems were not corrected in the 2003 models,(plus poor maintanence by the previous owner) as you can see there is advanced corrosion on both stern drives and I was told this boat was berthed on a hydra lift. Does this look repairable or a total loss? The MM dealer has promised I will be happy with their fix but I would like advice from veteran boaters (altough I am a bit late asking)
