Hi,
I'm refitting an older Silverton 31c, and I need to reinstall the head enclosure. when I disassembled it, there was a white compound between the bottom of the fiberglass enclosure and the plywood flooring. It filled up the uneven gaps, and I assume provided some water proofing where the screws that mount the enclosure penetrate the tub. Just curious if anyone knows what is normally used for that application? I could guess, and probably be OK, but there may be an industry standard. Thanks for any info.
