I would like to replace the Bimini top on my 25' Stingray cuddy cabin. The original part from Stingray runs $750 for frame and canvas. I would like to stick with the original part but would consider other lower cost options.

Anyone use a secondary market Bimini replacement and happy with the results? My current Bimini is also part of a full camper canvas set so any replacement would need to be able to have the connecting zippers on all four sides.

Any local canvas shop should be able to reproduce your bimini for only a few hundred bucks if the old canvas can be used as a template. The frame should still be good unless its aluminum and you boat in salt water. I would never purchase a replacement canvas from the boat manufacturer.

Boat manufacturers usually outsource the canvas package. If you can find the canvas makers name on the bimini you should contact them directly to see if they still have the pattern. I contacted Boatswain Locker in Jacksonville for my SeaRay bimini and enclosures. They had the original patterns, did a beautiful job of duplicating the canvas, furnished the tools to install the snaps, and saved me $3000 over having it done at a local canvas shop.

I have purchased three bimini tops for three different boats (26' Excel, 21' SeaRay Seville, and 16' Quasar bay boat)from WestlandMarine, and have been completely satisfied with the quality, durability and workmanship on all three.

You have to buy through a distributor - I used iBoats.com for all three of my purchases.

That's fine if all you have is a Bimini, but the OP has a full camper set-up so the Bimini has to match the rest of the system. Buying off The shelf won't work in this situation. He has no choice but either a custom fabricator or someone who has the original template.
