Buff Magic or 3m Finesse it

Just compounded some scratches out and found a few swirl marks from the buffer. Which would be better to get them out. Buff Magic or Finesse it.

Finesse it II worked really well for me when I used a scotch brite pad on my hull without realizing what it would do.
 
The both work, but Finesse It will burn the gelcote much quicker than the Buff Magic. You have to really watch what you are doing with Finesse It much more so that the BM.
 
If you used a "red" type compound, then follow with Finesse It II - it is a finishing polish. Buff Magic is great as a one-step oxidation remover and polish.
