I have a Formula 27PC, and in order to protect the cabin interior carpet, the factory used heavy duty clear vinyl matting that they put snaps in place to snap into the carpet.
This managed to last 5 years and the snaps have torn from the plastic...I have tried re-snapping but they just will not hold.
I would love to replace with something "better looking". I have tried finding the material that a few of my friends with newer boats have...(sort of like a canvas, but softer, almost like cloth) but every time I ordered a sample or two it is not as thick and seems flimsy.
Does anyone know exactly what this material is that is used to protect the carpeting...and where I could buy it from?
I hope this is enough info...
Thanks in advance.
