I posted this in " Ask the Captain" first. Maybe I will get better ( any ) response here.
I am new to this board although I have been reading it for some time now, a lot of great info.

O.K. so here is my question. I have a 1995 Chris Craft 38 Continental with a cracked radar arch. It is made of fiber glass and hollow in the middle. The crack seems to run along the front seam of the arch. Other than a full replacement which I have no idea where to find, does anyone have any ideas of the best way to fix it. I have been told that Product 11 works well . Any thoughts.......Need Help.... Please..........

Well, some of it does but unlike the pictures I do not have full access to the inside of my arch. I have a small round access port in the center and looking through that I do not see any rot inside. I was hoping to glue the piece together and clamp. There is a molding that goes over it so it will not be seen. Thanks for stearing me to this post. I have not read the whole thing but it looks like some good info.

Without seeing a pic of the damage, I would guess you will have to grind down the crack and area surrounding the crack and layup fiberglass cloth and fair that into the rest of the arch, then apply paint or gelcoat. Post some pics and you will probably get some other ideas.
